3-Year/36,000-Mile Warranty

When we fix something, we stand behind it. Every mechanical repair at All County Tire & Auto comes with a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty on new parts and labor. It’s our promise that your vehicle will be repaired with precision and quality parts that last.

If a covered repair doesn’t hold up, we’ll make it right; no hassle, no runaround. That’s our way of proving we take your trust seriously and that doing the job right the first time is always our priority.

This warranty applies to standard, non-commercial vehicles and begins on the date of your original repair or the mileage listed on your invoice—whichever comes first. Commercial vehicles are protected under a 1-year/12,000-mile warranty, and used parts are covered for 30 days (parts only) unless otherwise noted.

How to Keep Your Warranty Active

Keeping your warranty valid is simple. Just bring your vehicle to any All County location for regular maintenance or service at least twice a year. These visits allow our technicians to inspect your vehicle, spot small issues before they become major repairs, and make sure everything continues running smoothly.

The Details That Matter

If a new part fails due to a defect or installation issue, we’ll replace the part and cover labor up to the original install cost.
If another unresolved issue in your vehicle causes that failure, you’ll need to approve the additional necessary repair to maintain warranty coverage.
If a part is replaced under warranty, the time and mileage coverage continue from the original install date—not from when the replacement was done.
If that same part fails again, additional testing may be required to confirm the cause, and you may be responsible for the cost of that testing.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Declining a recommended or required repair that directly affects the original issue may void your warranty.
Any repairs must be done at a Victory Tire & Auto location. Outside repairs are not eligible for reimbursement and will void your warranty coverage.
The manufacturer or distributor backs all parts and must follow their rules for warranty claims.
Abuse, neglect, or modifying your vehicle can void your warranty. If something feels off, return your car to us before more damage occurs.
Performance-modified vehicles are not eligible for warranty coverage due to the nature of the wear those upgrades can cause.
