Steve Rich is the Brand President of All County Automotive, a company that has been serving the community since 2004. With 20 years in the industry, Steve’s greatest reward is working with a talented and dedicated team that has contributed to his growth both professionally and personally. His passion for collaboration and leadership drives his commitment to excellence within the company.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Steve moved to Palm Beach County in 1996 to start a family and has called it home ever since. He has been married to his wife, Kim, for 28 years, and they share three children: Austin, Caitlyn, and Hunter (“Catfish”). Steve cherishes time with his family, whether fishing, enjoying sports, or simply relaxing together.
A natural entrepreneur, he started selling Blow Pops at school and cutting lawns as a kid, later building a career defined by hard work and dedication. Steve is passionate about everything else he tackles, from family life to fostering growth in his team at All County Automotive.
Steve Rich’s passion for solving mechanical challenges started early—long before All County Automotive existed. In seventh grade, a metal shop teacher introduced him to the basics of a lawn-mower engine. By the end of the year, he had repaired more than a dozen of them, and a lifelong love for diagnostics was set in motion.
A few years later, that interest grew even stronger when Steve and his father rebuilt the engine of a beat-up Camaro for his older brother. That project sparked a deeper curiosity about how vehicles work, and it wasn’t long before he was spending every free moment learning, tinkering, and honing his skills.
In high school, Steve earned top honors in his auto shop program, scoring the highest in the state on his vocational exam. After graduating in 1991, he continued his training at Broward Community College through the General Motors program, earning an Associate of Science degree in 1993. The hands-on education he received there, paired with his natural talent, equipped him to diagnose and repair virtually any issue. Soon after, he became an ASE Master Technician and, notably, the youngest Oldsmobile Master Technician on record.
Since purchasing All County Automotive in 2006, Steve has built the business around the values that shaped his own career: honesty, quality, and genuine care for the people behind the wheel. While the shop handles everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs, the team’s true focus is supporting the drivers and families who rely on them every day.
As a family-owned and community-minded business, All County Automotive works hard to earn and keep the trust of every customer.
