I didn’t even bring my car here (yet), but when I broke down right near the shop, the team at Total Tire of Palm City went above and beyond. They came out and helped me push my car safely off the road while I waited for a tow truck. They were kind, helpful, and made a stressful situation so much easier. What can I say about the level of service and communication provided? Top notch! Darren reached out seeing the bad experience I had at another shop and wanted to see if they could help. My wife’s jeep was in need of new tires. We chose George’s whole sale tires because they fixed a tire for us previously. The tires they recommended not only improved the jeep’s ride but they greatly reduced road noise and the price point was a little lower than the original quote. All around a great experience.

I’ve had quite a lot of work done on my old vehicle here and all work was excellent. They treat me (and others) as a valued and respected customer. I love the little tutorial videos they text to explain some part that needs replaced. That is helpful if you are not in the industry. Fast scheduling and fast return and a courtesy ride if needed.
